Should any part fail due to defective workmanship or faulty materials within the warranty period, Fry Developments Pty Ltd, trading as Spinfire, or its distributor will repair or, at the distributor’s option, replace the defective part free of charge. The standard warranty period is two years from the date of original purchase. This may vary depending on the country. Please contact the Spinfire distributor in your country or the place of purchase for full details. SLA batteries are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase, while lithium LiFePO4 batteries are covered by the full 2-year warranty.

Warranty Administration

Warranty is handled by the authorized Spinfire distributor in your country. Please visit our Distributors page to find contact details.

To help us process your warranty claim quickly, please provide your machine’s serial number, model, and a clear description of the issue. Videos are also very helpful. If you bought your machine second-hand and it is still within the original warranty period, the warranty remains valid as long as all other conditions are met.

Not Covered

Do not leave the ball machine exposed to the weather. After use, store it under cover. Damage caused by exposure to rain, sun, or other weather conditions is not covered under warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or loss caused by:

  • Improper use, neglect, lack of maintenance, abuse or accidental damage
  • Cosmetic wear including scratches, dents or corrosion
  • Weather exposure, insects or hail
  • Unauthorized repairs during the warranty period
  • Natural events such as floods, fires or earthquakes
  • Using incorrect power voltage for the machine

Repairs for these types of issues will be charged.

Fry Developments Pty Ltd, trading as Spinfire, and its authorized distributors will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage.

Conditions of Warranty

  1. The machine must be delivered to the Spinfire distributor’s service department or to an authorized service agent. Freight costs both ways are the responsibility of the owner. Fry Developments takes no responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
  2. The machine must be used and maintained according to the instructions provided.
  3. No repairs or modifications should be made without prior approval from the distributor. Any such work does not extend the warranty period.
  4. Proof of purchase is required to confirm the original purchase date and determine warranty eligibility. The warranty applies to the machine, even if ownership changes, as long as all conditions are met.
  5. The warranty period is based on the original purchase date and does not restart if the machine is resold.
  6. If any part of this warranty conflicts with local laws, the legal rights of the owner will apply.
  7. Installing parts from other brands or products will void the warranty.
