Normally, when you press a button on the control panel (depending on which button), you should hear a beep to confirm it has been pressed. This is very useful when using the remote control to confirm the machine is receiving the command. The beep comes from a small speaker embedded onto the motherboard. If you have a machine which does not beep, or perhaps the speaker is emitting a high pitched sound constantly, we recommend you contact your local Spinfire distributor for assistance.
