Normally, when you press a button on the control panel (depending on which button), you should hear a beep to confirm it has been pressed. This is very useful when using the remote control to confirm the machine is receiving the command. The beep comes from a small speaker embedded onto the motherboard.

If your machine is not beeping, or if the speaker is malfunctioning or producing a constant high-pitched sound, please contact your local Spinfire distributor.

If you have a V2 Bluetooth machine, please first try resetting the software as suggested here before contacting your distributor. You can determine your machine version/model using the guide here.
